Dr. Harder, I wanted to send you a note thanking you for taking care of my grandfather. There may be no other more important or difficult work. I appreciate how well your team performed during those last, very difficult days.

Dear Jason: I want to take this moment and thank all of you, but especially Chris, for the precious time you gave us with my dad. On a professional note, the care was exemplary. My father was bed ridden for a year and a half, and was able to be fed and drink to the very end due to Chris' patience and perseverance. Dad was treated so well and with such dignity. On an emotional note, it was very clear from the very beginning that this was so much more than just a business transaction. The staff at AHHAH was always at the end of the phone line whenever we needed them, no matter the day or the time. Chris became a part of our family and I believe invested his all into caring for us as well as my dad. We are all so very saddened by the passing of our father, but surprisingly, we are also saddened by the loss of Chris. He became a son, and a brother who mourned with us, and that is a precious gift.
Thank you again. Teri - Fountain Valley (September, 2010)

"Thank you Jason and Rick for the blessing of your company, and especially the blessing that Chris is to our family. Not only is he respectful and reliable, but caring and gentle with Dad and Mom. He has never failed to come in and greet both of them individually and actually listen to what they are saying. That may not sound like much, but that is more than many people ever get. And when you add in that Dad is usually not able to say what he means, Chris's respectful attention is that much more special. I know there has been more than one occasion that Chris has stayed past his time just visiting with Mom; such an unexpected gift he is. Thank you again for all the times you have worked with my schedule."
